The business gates around the agents.
Clueless Workspace is built around one belief: the hardest part of launching a consumer app is not making an agent write code. It is keeping the founder, the artifacts, and the agent work tied to the right proof at the right time.
Every business is reduced to the same live packet.
- businessthe current tenant and repo/artifact boundary
- macro stageChoose The Bet, Shape The Business, Prove It Live, Run The Loop, or Decide The Future
- current gatethe checkpoint the founder cannot skip
- proof requiredthe artifact or evidence needed to move forward
- next human handoffthe single decision or action the founder must take
- stage exit decisionadvance, iterate, hold, pivot, salvage, kill, or block
- learning artifactthe thing that makes the next run smarter
Screens are designed before build agents touch them.
The workflow runs moodboard, high-fidelity screens, screen specs, and build execution as separate approvals. Higgsfield can inform the visual direction, but Refero governs the component system and the machine-readable screen specs. If a spec is ambiguous, build returns to design instead of guessing.
Real actions route through human approval.
Agents can prepare deploys, emails, store submissions, social posts, Stripe changes, provider actions, and exports. They cannot complete those irreversible or outbound actions without a server-side approval record tied to the business, the user role, and the action contract.
