The idea is yours.
The work is ours.
You work directly with me, Eduardo. I can help sharpen the idea, define what matters, design the experience, build the product, get it into people’s hands, and learn from what happens next.
Clueless Creations / A founder-led app studio
From the first “what if” to the thing someone uses every day. I shape, design, build, and launch consumer apps—with you, all the way through.
You work directly with me, Eduardo. I can help sharpen the idea, define what matters, design the experience, build the product, get it into people’s hands, and learn from what happens next.
Three products. Each began with an ordinary moment that was harder than it needed to be. Follow the decisions that made it simpler.
A closet can be full and still leave someone staring at it with no idea what to wear. The problem was not a shortage of clothes. It was that the pieces had no useful relationship to one another.
I built Clueless to turn the wardrobe someone already owns into a working system: see the pieces, understand how they fit together, build outfits, and plan before the morning gets rushed.
The closet becomes a useful decision. Instead of beginning from a blank screen or buying something new, someone can begin with what is already theirs and leave with an outfit that feels right.
Big goals are easy to name and strangely hard to touch. “Launch the thing” can sit on a list for months because it never becomes small enough to enter an actual Tuesday.
Ocho closes that distance with one weekly ritual. It turns a long-term goal into a Goal Stack, then asks for the three moves that matter now—not every possible task.
The next move fits inside this week. Ambition stops being a vague source of pressure and becomes something a person can finish, learn from, and build on.
A word can look familiar on a study screen and still disappear in conversation. Recognition feels like progress, but it does not guarantee the word will arrive when it is needed.
Banded brings each IELTS word back at the interval that strengthens memory. The loop works offline, so the habit is not dependent on a perfect connection or a particular place.
The word arrives when it is needed. Study becomes less about finishing a list and more about building recall a learner can actually use.
As an English teacher, I had a clear vision for a pronunciation app, but no experience with software development or launching a commercial product. What I needed wasn’t just AI to generate code, I needed a process. This framework gave me exactly that. It walked me through planning, technical setup and launch, so I could spend my time on the learning experience, not on trying to learn full stack development from scratch. The result is Phoneme, live on web, iOS, and Android. I think it’s clear that with the right structure, domain experts can bring serious products to life.
Four stages. One person who stays close to the work—and to what you are trying to make possible.
Find the sharpest version of the problem. Before screens or scope, we get specific about the moment that needs to change and the person living through it.
Build the smallest product that can teach us something. The strategy becomes flows, interfaces, working software, and a first release honest enough to test.
Carry the unglamorous details through release. App stores, analytics, backend behavior, onboarding, and edge cases are part of the product—not someone else’s cleanup.
Let real behavior earn the next build. Feedback and data return to the same person who helped shape the idea, so the product can change without losing its reason for existing.
Open source gives you the builder to operate yourself. Hosted access maintains the workflows and references your own agents read. Hands-on work adds a person beside you.
Clone it, run it on your own machine, and change how any station works. Free, under the MIT licence.
Open source on GitHubThe hosted knowledge service keeps every workflow and sourced reference available to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or plain HTTP. You bring the agent and the project. $19 a month or $190 a year.

I lead product and platform work at scale, and I build my own consumer apps end to end. That combination made me comfortable moving between the early, ambiguous questions and the details that determine whether something can actually launch.
Before software I worked in restaurant kitchens, and it shows in how I build: the menu changes, the stations don’t. I wrote those stations down as B2C App Builder so AI agents could work them, and I set them up with founders one on one.
Clueless Creations stays intentionally small because I do not want the thinking separated from the making. The person you talk to is the person in the product.
You do not need a polished brief. Tell me where you are, what feels stuck, and what you hope the product changes.
